The Bio Agriturismo Valle dei Calanchi offers spaces for courses, seminars, workshops, meetings, concerts and theatrical performances.
The Sala dei 12 Petali its a dodecagonal room of 108 sq, it’s located in our garden with the view of the valley, it was designed according the Sacred Geometries’ and Feng Shui principles.

Rooms
Our agritourism has 12 big and bright apartments with a small outdoor garden each one. Our agritourism has a vegetarian restaurant Cicorietta Bistrot, it has an indoor and outdoor dining room, in the indoor dining room there is a fireplace and in the outside dining room there is a wonderful pergola with the view of the valley.
In summer our guests can be delighted by our large swimming pool …
Our Wine
In the 30-hectare organic farm is used an homedynamic agriculture on the vineyard, on the vegetable garden, on the orchard, on the olive grove and on the arable land.
During the grape and olive harvest’s period we are glad to involve our guests in this experience, who can enjoy the feeling of touching with their own hands the fruits and its plants.

What would you find in our agritourism?
A Vegetarian Restaurant
The Cicorietta Bistrot is our vegetarian restaurant. It has 40 seats in the inside dining room and 20 seats in the outside dining room, under a wonderful white pergola with a breathless view of the valley.
For our restaurant we only choose natural and healthy ingredients, that are organic or products at kilometer zero, which means that the products are from local farmers. All our ingredients are collected the same morning from our vegetable garden, the orchard, the field or from the woods nearby our agritourism.
A large swimming pool
In the Summer time the most beautiful place in which you can spend your whole day is our large swimming pool of 25 x 12 meters, set in our green garden with the overlooking of the valley. Near to the swimming pool there is a canopy with sunbeds where you can take a regenerating nap or just relax.
Wi-fi
Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments.
Coffee Shop
Our coffee shop is open all day until after dinner. In Summer you can ask for a light lunch that can be consumed by the pool, you can also ask for fruits or vegetables extracts, detox drinks, every kind of coffee; whereas in winter you can be delighted by our organic herbal teas, that are from l’Erboristeria Magentina, you can also ask for a hot chocolate, served with homemade cookies and pies. Something that can’t be missed is our aperitif, specially l’Aperitivo del Brigante with our red wine Ser Mognano a combination of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
Our organic wine
Now Ser Mognano is a wine. In the past it was a brave German leader, Her Mugnen, who made the hamlet with his name a military fortress. The vineyard is located right on the slopes of the tuffaceous plateau on which the small village stands, at an altitude of 270 m. a.s.l.
Sala dei 12 Petali
The Sala dei 12 Petali was created with the aim of having a harmonious space with an intrinsic energy derived from the relation between shapes and numbers. The energy and harmony of the room will help you to reconnect with yourself.
Sentiero degli Spazi Sacri
Il sentiero degli spazi Sacri (the Path of the Sacred Spaces) is a work-in-progress project, it is located inside of our agritourism. In this beautiful place you can get in touch with the nature and with yourself.
Our Garden and the stars
You can make a walk between apricots, cherries, apples and almond trees, that are on a soft field of mint and fragrant brooms. You can sit under the olive trees shades, or lay down under the sun among the daisies. You can look the sky in all its nocturnal splendor and if you are lucky enough you can see a fox while runs away through the bushes… Everything can become poetry while you sit here…
Relax Zone
You can sit under a wooden pergola and enjoy the breathless view of the valley; everything can be better if you add to this beautiful experience a tasty and delicious aperitif while you see the sunset.
La grotta del Brigante
The path that leads you to La Grotta del Brigante (the Bandit ’s Cave) it is an ancient cave, probably excavated by the Etruscans and it is located inside our farm in the tuffaceous cliff of the village “Sermugnano”.
Treatments and Massages
We work with massage’s professionals and under reservation you can book different types of massages, like: classic massage, relaxation massage, total body massage, myofascial massage, connective massage, manual lymphatic drainage massage (Dr. Vodder’s method), ayurvedic massage, shiatsu-masunaga massages, Thai yoga massages, energy rebalancing massages and essene therapies.
Panoramic Tub
You can make a very fun experience in our agritourism, you can take a bath in the tub, it is situated in a very panoramic and private corner of the park. The tub is a wooden vat full of hot water where you can take a romantic bath with an aperitif. It’s a good choice for making a special gift for in love couples and also for those who love the outdoor spa. The Panoramic Tub is always available. In summer you could take the bath and be surrounded by hundreds of fireflies that illuminate the whole valley and create a romantic atmosphere, the experience is truly unique. Excursions
You can book an excursion and discover the enchanting places that are nearby our agritourism, you can have a naturalistic, archaeological and food and wine excursion. The main destinations are the wonderful Civita di Bagnoregio, the crystalline lake of Bolsena and the medieval city of Orvieto. Remember to book in time.
